From the 1800's to the present the African-American athlete has been a vital part of the history of the world of sports with golf being no exception.
In 1943 the PGA inacted the Caucasian-Only clause which was written into the organization's constitution to prevent African American golfers from entering the tour. This lead to the birth of the Negro golf league known as the Neckbone Circuit, hence the name Neckbone Circuit Urban Golf Apparel. Our golf apparel is designed to remember the quality of golfers in the Neckbone Circuit and our design is a direct tribute to that.
